Menu:
Salad: Pickled apple /grilled fennel slaw with crispy brussel sprouts, candied pecans, and double-smoked bacon lardons.
Entree: Buttermilk and herb marinated country fried chicken breast, cheesy grits, roasted french green beans, and sweet chilli cornbread with cherry bourbon jus. Garnished with crispy sage and jalapeno peppers.
Dessert: Drunken peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream and dulce de leche.
